SENIOR LEGAL CONSULTANT

I am a lawyer qualified at the Paris and the New York Bars. I provide legal and policy advisory services to public administrations and professional organisations, in waterborne transport and fisheries.

While primarily focusing on the defence of social rights, my practice covers the full range of European and international legal frameworks governing waterborne transport and fisheries, spanning safety regulations, private law (including civil liability and contracts), market access rules, environmental protection, as well as enforcement and security matters.

Based in Paris, I work independently or in collaboration with consulting firms and law firms. I provide services in French, English, and German, and I also deliver training in partnership with educational institutions and professional associations.
